Digital Products
All items on DOVLEE are delivered exclusively as digital downloads. No physical goods or boxed materials are shipped. Every listing specifies the included files, software requirements (Canva, Word, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets), and page sizes before you complete your purchase.
Immediate Delivery
Upon completing checkout, your download link is generated immediately on the order confirmation screen, and a backup download link is sent directly to your email address.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because digital files are immediately delivered and accessible upon purchase, digital downloads are non-returnable and generally non-refundable. However, if you experience any technical difficulties with your files, or if a download link fails, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We are committed to ensuring you receive working, high-quality files and will promptly assist you.
