How will I receive my files?

How is the booklet filled in?

By hand — that is the point. Print it, give it to Grandma (or fill it in together over tea or a video call), and her handwriting becomes part of the keepsake.

What questions are inside?

Gentle guided prompts in four parts: her childhood (home, school, friends), her life and family (work, love, proudest moments), her favourites (recipes, songs, places) and her advice for you. Each question has lined space for a full answer.

What if Grandma lives far away?

Print and post the booklet to her, or send the PDF to a family member nearby who can print it. Many families fill it in together over video calls, one question at a time.

What sizes are included?

US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) and A4. Use Letter in the US and Canada, A4 in the UK, Germany, Europe and most other countries. It prints on a normal home printer.

Is this a physical product?

No. It is a digital download — a printable booklet. Nothing is shipped; you print it at home, which also means you can print a fresh copy for another grandmother or another branch of the family.
