How will I receive my files?

Can I change the rating areas, goals and wording?

Yes. Rating areas, KPI rows, headings and wording are ordinary editable text — rename them to match your organisation's roles, competencies and policies.

How does the 1–5 scale work?

1 means 'developing' and 5 means 'outstanding'. The review form, the self-assessment page and the comments sections all use the same scale, so both sides are talking about the same thing.
