How will I receive my files?
Instantly. After checkout you get a download link (on Dovlee, Etsy or Gumroad, wherever you purchased). Open the Word or Google Docs version to edit on screen, or print the PDF and complete it by hand.
What software do I need?
Microsoft Word or a free Google Docs account for the editable versions. The printable PDF opens in any free PDF reader.
Can I change the rating areas, goals and wording?
Yes. Rating areas, KPI rows, headings and wording are ordinary editable text — rename them to match your organisation's roles, competencies and policies.
How does the 1–5 scale work?
1 means 'developing' and 5 means 'outstanding'. The review form, the self-assessment page and the comments sections all use the same scale, so both sides are talking about the same thing.
Is this legal or HR advice for my company?
No. This is a general template for organising performance reviews — it helps you structure forms, trackers and notes, but it is not legal or HR advice.
