Do I need Canva Pro?
No. Everything in this template — times, names, notes, colours — can be edited with a completely free Canva account.
Is it only for weddings?
It is designed and worded for a wedding day (getting ready, ceremony, reception), but every label is editable, so the same poster and cards work for birthday parties, photo shoots, retreats and corporate events. Change the headings and it becomes a general event timeline.
Can I change a time on the day itself?
Yes. Because the design lives in your Canva account, you can adjust a time on your phone and re-export or reprint a card in minutes — weddings run late, and the plan is meant to adapt.
What sizes are the poster and cards?
The poster is a full page (US Letter / A4) that can also be scaled up in Canva for a larger print, and the schedule cards are half-page size, made to be printed two to a sheet and handed out.
Is this a physical product?
